Williams’s Homework Spot
Dear Parents,
Throughout the year your child will be bringing home activities to practice on at home and some homework. These activities are designed to help your child practice their reading and math skills as well as reinforce what we are learning at school.
Attached are some math and reading papers. For math have your child work on the shapes, writing and recognizing numbers 1-10. Also, have your child count out sets of 10 items around the house. For reading cut apart the ABC’s and use them as flashcards. Also, have your child practice putting them in ABC order.
By working together your child can be successful in kindergarten. Our goal is to be ready and on level for first grade.
